Hello, my name is Jurgita!
On the Ferrata.lt blog I share the via ferrata routes I have completed, hike itineraries from some of the most beautiful places in the world and other mountain adventures. I enjoy planning my trips independently and I would like to share the experience I have gained with you as well.
A few facts about me:
1. I first discovered the mountains in 2014 in Zakopane — since then, they have become an inseparable part of my life.
2. I have tried my first via ferrata in 2024. Since then I have completed more than 20 routes.
3. The highest mountain I have climbed is Mont Blanc 4808m.
4. I spent two years traveling solo around Canada and New Zealand. I also traveled solo in India for a month.
